To ensure fairness and allow other clients the opportunity to book, the following cancellation policy applies:
1. Appointment Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50–100% cancellation fee (depending on appointment type).
3. Missed Appointments (No-Show)
If you miss an appointment without notice, the full fee may be charged.
4. Arriving Late
If you arrive late:
Your appointment may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client
The full fee still applies
5. Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. Fees may be waived in genuine circumstances at the therapist’s discretion.
